HIPPO offers two shipping methods: surface mode and air mode shipping. The website is committed to surface mode shipping, but customers can contact us to request air mode shipping. Shipping time varies by pincode, but generally takes up to 14 days from our warehouse in Jaipur.

Orders below INR 490 incur a shipping charge of INR 250, while orders over INR 490 receive free shipping for surface mode shipping. Air mode shipping incurs additional charges based on pincode. International shipping is also available for an additional fee, which includes duty and custom clearance charges.

Customers receive a tracking number via email or message once the product is shipped. Please note that HIPPO reserves the right to change the minimum order value and shipping cost as necessary.
